Tosach was set up in 2000 to provide organisational and developmental support to both CDPs(Community Development Projects) and FRCs(Family Resource Centres).

In 2004 Tosach successfully re- tendered for Community Development Programme support contract for Dublin North and in 2007 for the support contract for ten Family Resource Centres in Dublin.

In 2009, Tosach underwent an extensive strategic review of its services and structures in order to provide a more relevant and sustainable model for the community and voluntary sector.

The result was a restructuring in which;

An organisational manual ‘Building Better Outcomes’ was developed

A range of support services was offered to the broader community and voluntary sector

Tosach website was re-designed

A number of new Associates were recruited and Tosach support capacity expanded

Tosach now offers a range of support services for the broader community and voluntary sector.
